THE INTELLECTUAL FLIGHT
We were sitting around the Shabbos table last week, joined by a guest from the Holy Land. He is the head of a major chain store in Israel, and he frequently travels to the United States. As the discussion progressed, he expressed his distaste for Delta Airlines.
Seated around the table were a couple of Delta employees. They perked up their heads at this assault. This fellow explained that he once had a bad experience with Delta. The flight attendants were rude, and the company’s response to his complaint was, in his mind, grossly insufficient. United is his now preferred airline.
